Good Day Cafe

The breakfast food here is very good! I have only eaten breakfast here half dozen times. It has always been good. The bread and homemade jelly are amazing. The portion size fits the price! Very friendly from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. The bathroom was very clean. Our waitress was busy, and we may not have gotten the best service, but it was still good. I love the decor.

Good day cafe has recently opened in a location that has historically had a lot of turn around. They're renovated everything - everything is clean, it smells like nothing (which is good). The table, chairs, and booths are all new. It was a good choice to renovate everything. The menu has a lot of options and is pretty friendly to the picky family. They don't have hash browns which I was skeptical of, but the baby red potatoes are actually similar to hash browns and are delicious. I had the breakfast burrito with 1 slice of the cinnamon roll french toast, and my husband had an meat lovers omelette with a side of sour dough toast. Their homemade 4 berry jam is delicious, and honestly all of the food was really good. The French toast was good as well but I was not a fan of the frosting/syrup that comes with it (it was a cream cheese base it seemed like). The restaurant was refreshingly cold. The dinner black coffee was hot and fresh. The service was a little slower than normal, but that may be because our server was about to be cut and I am sure she had other duties to fulfill. The manager/host/owner? lady was really nice. All of the servers and hosts were attentive and helpful with smiles on their faces. This is a nice little place and I hope it stays around longer than the previous businesses that have been in this location.

Me and my mother had a wonderful experience here and the food was amazing. Great service from Jennifer, her nails and hair looked gorgeous!!! Highly recommend the Steak Skillet with pancakes for a balance of sweet and spicy. The potatoes were delicious too!!! Thank you for the wonderful food and service!!!

This restaurant just opened recently, so we were expecting a few bumps in the road. We were greeted immediately and seated right away. Our servers were so friendly and the menu had so many delicious and unique options!The food was absolutely AMAZING. Every single thing we ordered was delicious, hot, fresh, and perfect.The coffee was the best I've had in a while.My only regret is that I was too full to order anything else! I'm very excited for my next visit and to try the lunch options! I really hope this place is successful and stays for a long time!!

The staff was great. Food was mouth watering and big proportions. My wife loves eggs Benedict, and she said that these were made to perfection. I went with meat loaf and mash potatoes (recommend by the staff), and I must say that it was delicious. I have never had meat loaf with gravy on them, and these also had a bit of chilli powder added to them. My oldest had chicken Alfredo with broccoli, this is often her go to, so we have eaten this meal a lot. Wow, I'm sure you get a breast and a half of chicken, and the flavor that they packed into this meal was one of a kind. Even the garlic toast you get with it has jaw dropping and you don't want it to end.

Love this restaurant, it’s always lively but not too loud. I love the atmosphere but I really really want to highlight the service I got from my waitress, Stephanie. Made sure we had everything we needed. had a lovely, warm, hospitable personality. Made me feel like it was her top priority to give the best service to not only us but all of the customers. Food is always great. Will always keep coming back here!

Food took a little bit too get there, but it was PACKED, and for good reason. I have the Florentine and it was too die for. The baby reds are so flavorful but they don’t feel too “heavy” as hash browns would. I’m definitely going to go back. I loved my waitress as well.

We got great service...food was all good...I asked to have my breakfast and sides etc picked by my server...she did excellent! Had the corned beef hash, hashbrown potatoes and pancakes...will definitely be back when we visit family again here in West Bend. Thank you!
